Paul I heard about the misfortune with your leg. That must have been the biggest fly! However so you don't have to wrestle another one out of Hi-Line with your bare hands I have provided a free bottle for you to defend yourself with. Haha! Hope you heal quickly!

Birthday and Katy's home!

Okay so I had to work on my 20th birthday. I was really surprised because work surprised me with a hott pink cake! I didn't know that anyone even knew it was my bday. The charge nurse made me wear a blue ribbon all day haha. Then they bought pizza for dinner and Mom surprised me with a boston creme pie--my favorite! It was a great night!
Jake also surprised me right before work by showing up with pink and white flowers (I love pink) and a sweet card/ He said he can't make a card but he can buy a pretty good one haha.

On Sunday the family celebrated our birthday. We picked Mom's delicious turkey enchiladas for dinner and Katie made her yummy eclair cake. Mmmmm!

Thank you to everyone who made my birthday so much fun and just brightened my day! You guys are the best!
So I declared earlier that I am a sucker for cute shoes. Ash discovered these ones and since she didn't buy them I had to go get them. Cute huh!Katy Marie FINALLY came home from bootcamp training. We had to keep tradition and meet at Dairy Queen and take pics. Welcome back Katy Marie!
She called on Sunday to see if I wanted to meet her. I told her sure but that I was lounging in my pjs and I wasn't changing. Everyone loved my slippers.

Dinner on Sunday

I had a great time on Sunday. We had dinner at Jeff and Katie's as usual, but Parker was full of personality that night. Grandma DiAnn had one of those candles that lights up due to battery power. She would twist it on and Parker would "blow it out" as Grandma turned it off. He was so proud of himself. Haha!

Then Parker and I played a little bit of hide and seek where I would hide and scare him when he came to find me. He found a ball and decided it would be more fun to roll the ball back and forth.

I think Parker's highlight was helping Grandma wash the dishes. He was rinsing the spatula off when he got too close to the faucet opening and sprayed Grandma. He then progressed to splash the water onto Grandma. He just laughed and laughed. When Grandma took away the spatula he tried his hand, but it didn't quite have the same effect.

Katie you should be able to just take these off the blog. Let me know if you have troubles.

Okay so I was tired of looking at chipped nail polish. So I painted my toe nails! I love polka dots!

Everyone keeps asking me what I am up to and for another update. I don't want to post any birthday pics until after we celebrate with the family, but I promise to post those. Okay what am I doing with my time?
*I am currently working at the hospital as a CNA on Surgical floor and I enjoy the experience that I am gaining. No regrets with taking that opportunity. I am taking this semester off from school to try and figure some other things out. Since I am not in school I am up at the hospital full time.
*I am going to school at the MSU-College of Technology and I am studying to be a neonatal nurse or maybe even a neonatalogist! We will see but as of now I am taking pre-reqs for the program. I am doing it through Bozeman.
*I am the primary chorister at church, which means I teach the children ages 3-11 to sing, but now I also have the privilege of being First Counselor in the Primary presidency. I am hoping to do well and to make an impression on these very important and outrageously fun children. They are all so strong willed and just have such strong personalities that I always leave with a smile on my face, due to the negotiations and compromises that are presented before us. Haha.
I think that is really the big part of my current life. If you have any questions just ask!
