Little Miss Muffet

A couple of childhood pictures of me at my uncle's wedding.

SIEBACH reception

After coming in from Glacier I changed and went to Em and Nate's reception. It was outside at the church and they had food and dancing!

The table decorations. Nate told us they had salads in little plastic sand buckets that you would take to the beach and the utensils for it were little shovels. Nathan and Emily

That night Jake was playing with the camera. He was making fun of my poses so I decided to copy him.

Here he is making fun of the "Jessica pose"

We had a great time!

Oops out of order

Sorry but when I was doing my other posts I realize that I didn't post somethings from May like I had promised. Jake and I at his friend Spencer's wedding. Okay below is a pic of Benny and I . It was raining and he decided to show me Horseshoe Falls. We ran over there from Rainbow Dam and because it was wet we both got soaked and our shoes were caked in about two inches of mud. I accidentally erased our shoe pics. It was a fun "bonding moment"Another fun pic from Jake. We went to Made of Honor and Jake was like the only guy there. He let himself be known with his sarcastic excitement to the Sex and the City movie preview, etc. Anyway that week he was in Salt Lake for work and sent me this pic. Haha
Okay and some people had asked to see pics from the wreck. The first group is Barrett's bike. He hit a deer. You can see the pic of the blood and then the deer and his bike were in the ditch. The front end was off his bike and damage was done on the side, but he just got it back this last week from being repaired, infact he is gone on a bike ride as I am typing.

The following pictures are from Jake's wreck. You can see the bike path there. Obviously his bike is completely totaled.

Although sad and a little bummed about the bikes, the boys are okay. It was a hard lesson to learn and I hope they always remember their experiences that night. I am glad they are okay.

Glacier National Park

On Saturday the fifth Dad had a great idea to go to Glacier National Park and do the Going to the Sun road since they just opened it back up. Dad and Mom went in their little red prius along with Benjamin and Danika, while Jordan, Jarom, and I followed in my little prius. It was beautiful up there!

Below is a picture of The Weeping walls. We drove close and I rolled down my windows so my two passengers could get wet. It was a lot of fun and they did get wet, but the water was really cold.
Me at the Gorge

One of the highlights from the trip: When we were stopped or close to Mom and Dad's car, Jordan would whistle at Danika. She would perk her ears up like you can see below and then she would kind of turn her head. Well a guy in the car next to us got a kick out it so he decided to try. He whistled at her and she barked at him once as if to tell him to be quiet. It was pretty funny. I think she enjoyed her ride!

Fourth of July

I worked the fourth of July this year so Jake said we would shoot fireworks after I got off
work that night (about midnight). We went to his house and fired some in the street. I have
never fired fireworks, meaning actually lit them off, so Jake showed me and had me do it.
Jake then put two in so that we could do a multiple "shoot off" I asked Jake which fuse to light and then I got to light it. It worked out pretty neat!
