We have had quite the time in primary with consistency and as a result many birthdays have been missed. So for our primary activity in August we decided to have a Disney Unbirthday party for the children. We actually had nine children show up! Very impressed! The children had a great time! We would watch a clip from a Disney movie and then we would play a game or have something that coordinated with that movie.
Alice in Wonderland--I drew the rabbit and mad Hatter from the movie so the kids could get their pictures takenWinnie the Pooh--I drew good old Eeyore to be our prop or victim for the game of Pin the Tail on the donkey Snow White--The children bobbed for apples Aladdin--We played Aladdin music while the children played musical chairs. Little Mermaid--The ice in the soda contained seashell shaped things. Esther bought pizza and made cupcakes for the celebration! I love these pictures because it really captures the personalities of the children. I love working with them. THey are all such a joy and a blessing to be around. I am proud of all of them and I hope I will be able to stay in contact with all of them even when they are in their teenage and adult years and I become "an old lady." They always make me laugh and brighten my day!
